and I just thought of Benson...remember Benson? Missy Gold? Sister o' Tracy?
Wow. Lots of good tv memories.
I LOVED the Love Boat. But I had to hurry and get it turned off because Fantasy Island came on right after that and that show FREAKED ME OUT. Not sure if it was "de plane" guy or what.
I wasn't allowed to watch Three's Company or One Day at a Time. Three's Company was bad because of the roommate situation. I couldn't watch One Day at a Time because my parents didn't want me to get a smart mouth.
I think that definitely worked.
Can't you just hear Nell Carter singing Gimme a Break?
WHAT ABOUT WEBSTER???? We didn't mention Webster!!!! Remember his laugh?
I don't have any idea how we are going to pick a show or two for The Princess. I know we will not be choosing Different Strokes. The inevitable "Whatchu Talkin' 'Bout, Mama?" is a cross I cannot bear.
The same goes for The Smurfs. Because I really don't want to have a Smurfy vacation. I may also have to veto Punky Brewster....The Princess just began matching her clothes.
And who knew Dr. Quinn had such a following? Well. Apparently Amazon did. Those are some expensive DVDs!!
Ooh Ooh!!! Remember Greatest American Hero???? Believe or not, I'm walking on air, I never thought I could feel so free-ee-eee. Flying away on a wing and a prayer. Who could it be? Believe or not it's just me.
OH YEAH.
The King is bringing up the Dukes of Hazzard. And making some stupid noise while saying, "Roscoe P. Coletrain".
And he's talking about Chips.
I hated Chips.
Maybe that is where our motorcycle problems were birthed.
One Adam Twelve! Remember that one?
Perfect Strangers...WKRP....Fall Guy....Wings....Hart to Hart...Diagnosis Murder...Magnum P.I....NIGHT COURT!!!!
That was some good tv.
