I am still investigating the skin care options.
Who knew the oil cleansing method was an actual thing?
Apparently everyone but me.
I know you could hardly wait to see what we were going to discuss today.
Ready?
It's healthy snacks.
Unfortunately, Kit Kat does not qualify.
Here are a few snacks that I've been enjoying lately...
A friend introduced me to these little treats. She loves the strawberries n bananas. I love the bananas and the fruit salad.
I am also mildly addicted to these. I especially love them on this.
These are so very yummy. I am scared to read the nutritional info on them.
What do y'all grab at 4 p.m. when you find yourself standing in the pantry?
You do that, right?

I'd love to say I choose something healthy, but I tend to go for a handful or six of chips. And if there's something with chocolate in there, well, I'm a goner.

Friend:: I will race you to the gas station next Wednesday when the new shipment of Just Tomatoes arrives with strawberries and bananas.
My new snack of choice? Frozen Raspberries! YUM!
Kinda hard in the car, though.
:)

OOoooh! Those all look great. I've been enjoying the roasted pine nut hummus. I eat it with the garlic toasts in the bakery at Harps. Those aren't so healthy, so I've been thinking about switching to raw veggies since those are coming in season. I wash that all down with a "healthy" dose of chocolate, of course.

I love Trader Joe's crackers, especially the schoolhouse cookies. Trader Joe's also has yummy fruit leather. (I'm not too good at healthy snacks.) My kids like "banana dogs" - tortilla shells with peanut butter spread on them and wrapped around a banana. Okay, I like them, too.

Oh my! I will be searching every grocery aisle for those almonds!! I am a sucker for anything with dark chocolate!! I currently eat the Blue Diamond 'Smokehouse' almonds.
Almost two weeks ago I joined our local gym (Snap Fitness) and in addition to that I've tried to eat healthier. My snacks are kind of boring, but it seems to be working. Lots of fresh fruit (mostly apple slices and strawberries), now and then a few pretzels or almonds.
I take my fruit to work with me in a little insulated bag with a freezer pack, and keep it at my desk. So far that is working for me.

Popcorn. Except now that I have braces, I sit and stare into the pantry, and then sigh and go sit back down.

Emerald Dark Cocoa Almonds - that's what I grab - yes they are yummy! I also snack on a dried fruit and nut mixture, without peanuts, that I get at Costco. Or almond butter and jam on half a toasted bagel or English muffin (actually that's my lunch some days).

Where do you get the "Just" fruits? Yum. I have seen the cocoa roast almonds at Walmart in a 100 calorie pack if you need a little portion control like I do.
It's kind of embarrassing that I have no healthy snack choices to share! :(

I'm a "grab it & go" girl when it comes to snacking... granola bars are an easy favorite - this: http://www.kashi.com/products/tlc_fruit_grain_bars_dark_chocolate_coconut is my newest find! LOVE it! I'm also a fan of boring apples, bananas, baby-cut carrots. All easily tossed in my bag on the way out the door. I buy lunch-sized bags of chips for my kids' & hubby's lunches - when the 4pm munchies are too bad - I grab a bag of them - not the healthiest choice - but, at least it's easy portion control!
