Well, being a snow scrooge, I would have love to have been in a 'dry' pocket. Unfortunately, what I got was ice. I did get a day off work though, and power stayed on, so there is much to be grateful for in spite of the ice.
Oh, and Happy Birthday! I think I read on your Mom's blog that you are 29? ;-)
Happy Birthday!! I have to say I am just a bit envious of the snow all we have is the cold weather. Mr. Heat Miser don't like for it t snow in Southeast Texas but maybe if I talk to Mother Nature.....Stay warm!!
Happy Birthday!! I read your last post and it made my heart ache. Our church has done several mission trips to Guatamala (in fact we have a group leaving Thursday) and I have heard about and seen pictures of the city dump. They have worked specifically with the Tabitha mission there. The stories are heartbreaking. Thanks so much for sharing your experience.
Fayetteville?
I'm in the Atlanta area. We may be snowed in for days. Well, I'll probably make it to work at some point Wednesday, but it would be wiser not to.
