My brain's power company has only restored about 82% of normal function. The blogging is going to suffer.
I'm just warning you.
*Today is the greatest of all days: The Science Fair project is due.
Hallelujah.
We have to take it to school this morning and set it up and then the big shindig is tonight.
I figure it will go something like this, either:
A. I will feel guilty and nervous because I helped The Princess way too much.
B. I will feel frustrated and annoyed because the other parents helped their kids' way more than I did.
C. I will have tons of fun watching all the parents try to figure out which category they fall into...too much help or not enough help.
So that's something to look forward to all day.
*I'm having hair issues again.
The King's coloring just may not cut it.
He does a great job, but I think I need a few highlights.
No way is The King doing a highlight.
And I want to grow out my bangs a little, but they get this weird flippy thing going and it isn't positive.
If you see any cute short haircuts, send them my way.
*The King switched cell phone companies for his work phones.
Added benefit: I got an iPhone.
I don't know what to do with it.
If any of you can tell me some Apps that I need, I would appreciate it greatly.
That whole 82% of normal function thing is not conducive to learning new things.
Or writing a good post.

Yeah on getting rid of the science project! I want and iphone. R8 got an ipod for Christmas, I've got nothing. But then I do have a B-I-G birthday coming up in March, so maybe?

I dread the day of Science Fairs. Good luck to you and the princess.
Now, I assume you can hear me thousands of miles away screaming in absolute jealousy over your iPhone. My hubby has one, and all I get is a lousy pink razr. I'm thankful for my razr. I'm thankful for my razr. I'm thankful for my razr. :) And for all my whining and complaining, I will be of no help in the apps department, because well, it's HIS phone.
But I am happy for you, I truly am. Because, well, one more iphone in the world is a happier world. :)

have you gone to the apple website and looked at what apps they recommend? I find that a very useful website. AND I can attest that their 90 days of free support has come in handy for me when I was setting up new devices. Even Steve said their support impressed him.
Sorry, I don't have an iphone, so I have no particular reccomendations. But I use a macbook and I love their software for mail, address book, etc. I am hoping when I upgrade to an iphone my life will all be seamlessly integrated. We can dare to dream hey!

Oooh. I'm jealous. I really want an iPhone, but I don't have AT&T and the LG equivalent is just not as good... so I'm sticking with my boring phone and shelling out for an iPod Touch. I just wish I could get something that can connect to WiFi *and* be used through my cell phone provider when necessary.... :-/

I'm dreading science projects. I barely made it through the diorama. Good luck. Share some ideas...I'll need some in a year.

How about the haircut that Kate sports on Jon & Kate Plus 8? Sassy, kind of strange, but flattering!

I just got an iPhone, and it CHANGED MY WORLD. I'm not big on downloading apps, but the first one I got was the Whoopie Cushion...because, I am Klassy like that.
Whatever, it makes me laugh like crazy.

I'm waiting until June, when my current contract runs out, before I get an iPhone. I keep checking the calendar, but it's not June yet. Have fun with it!

I just got the Blackberry Bold -- but on another blog I frequent, several folks recommended this Bible app for iPhone.

Congrats on the iphone. My husband got me an iphone for our first anniversary, because I'm nerdy like that. Apps I like are My Love (heart icon that's a speed dial for my hubby), Facebook, TwitterFon, Urbanspoon, What's On?, The Weather Channel, AccuWeather, Sudoku, and Wurdle.

I was just wondering about the Science Fair this morning. I hope it goes amazingly well!!!
I will keep my eyes out for cute hair cuts. I am always looking for myself too.

I'm still living in a delusional word where a Science Fair entails a baking soda volcano. I refuse to listen to reality.

I'm sure tonight's shindig will provide plenty of blog fodder for tomorrow without much brain power! Ha!
Before you give up on home hair coloring, try L'Oreal's Feria colors. This coloring provides more depth of coloring than most store brand products. Congrats on finishing the science fair project. Miss M's school just held theirs and I am SO glad we are still a year away!
I totally get the wondering if you helped too much or not enough.
And I am SO jealous over the iphone. I have a cheesy pay-as-you-go phone. It's only for emergencies, and fits the budget currently.
Can't wait to read more on the science fair!

Although I am a science geek, I am so dreading the science fair!
*sigh* I have iPhone envy!

Congrats on the iPhone. I have an iPhone and it has changed the way I see cell phones. The Facebook app is useful and addictive so beware but it makes it really easy to take a photo on the phone and load it straight to your Facebook page. Another app I like is "camerabag." It is fun because you can add effects to any photo that you take. The only game I have is the app "PenguinLite" where you launch penguins through the air. Very mindless, but great for long car rides when you're sick of playing ispy or singing songs.

First, I must say that I am secretly glad that someone within one decade of my age also has hair issues. I feel so not alone.
Second, have you thought about going to a beauty school for the highlights? I hear they are inexpensive. And they have professionals teaching and watching over their shoulders. I mean, you let The King color your hair...
Lisa Rinna has cute short hair. I just wouldn't recommend what she's done with her lips.
Other than that, I've got nothin'. I don't do short hair. My face is too big. Plus the natural curls have never cooperated with the perfectionism that short hair would require...you know, each side looking the same, bottle of hair spray to hold it in place against the wind...I have serious hair issues. Maybe it was our mothers, although I like Beachy Mimi. I like mine, too, she's just completely different from yours.

I loved reading the app suggestions...I just received an iphone for my 40th. I guess getting old has it's perks...
Not you. Me, getting old!
Regionals huh? I'm feeling for ya momma. Although, we didn't hear what category you fell under. Helped too much, just right or not as much as others?
NOT looking forward to the science fairs...no not one teeny bit.
