Yesterday, I mentioned that Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I am so excited that it is less than a week away. I truly love it.

My sister (5 years younger) used to pray like that. I never wanted her to be the one to pray at the end of our family devotions at night. I'll never forget the night she prayed for the rocks. Yes, ROCKS. The big rocks, the little rocks, the smooth rocks, the hard rocks, the pretty rocks, the black rocks, the white rocks, the sparkly rocks...
My dad might have snored at one point.
You get the picture.

Have I mentioned that proof-reading is not one of my things?! I hate it when I do that!
Here's what I meant to say in the last post: What a way to start my MORNING -- smiling with that super cute video!
Thanks!
Jen
Sorry!

That was so cute! And I can relate to the men (who shall remain nameless in our house) who are peeking out of one eye during the prayer to catch the score!
Thanks for sharing.

Oh. That actually made me cry. When she said that thing at the end...they're the best family in the world...
It's like I'm pregnant. Which I'm not.

I know you'll believe me when I say that the Tongginator prays like that. And that my daddy the Colonel snores like that.

What a cute video. My husband thought the grandpa was pretty funny. My 6 year old daughter said "What a loooonngg prayer..."
I heard someone say once that Thanksgiving is their favorite holiday because it's on of the only ones where there is nothing expected of you. No gifts, no candy, no love notes. You just get to be with your family and be thankful for all that you have. I knew I liked it for a reason! Plus, the whole orange/brown/yellow color combo is my FAVORITE!!!

I love thanksgiving as well. It's so warm and cozy. And meaningful. And then there's the great food as well...
